What is PHONEslips?

PHONEslips is an easy-to-use software product that streamlines the handling of phone messages, e-mail*, database, office memos, schedules and to-dos, personnel in and out board, file management, and much more in a fast and intuitive package which provides for the archiving of all messages for future reference....a vital component for lawyers, brokers, accountants, health care professionals, law enforcement, and probably your office!1

Messaging:

PHONEslips provides an easy way to handle phone messages, office memos, e-mail* and call logs on your computer. It allows you to take messages quickly, with the least amount of disruption. Viewing and searching messages is just as simple.  PHONEslips e-mail* works without the high risk of Outlook targeted virus!

PhoneList:

PHONEslips provides a convenient equivalent to your client database. It has a quick search capability that allows you to look up phone numbers instantly. It also stores other important information about your clients/contacts.

Scheduler/To-do manager

PHONEslips includes a personal scheduler and To-do list manager for everyone in the office. You can set appointments easily and let your computer notify you of important engagements. Items entered in the To-do list automatically carry over each day until they are completed.

In/Out Message Board

PHONEslips provides a simple commonly accessible In/Out Message board for viewing the In/Out status of employees. Those employees leaving the office can sign out and forward their messages to a cell phone or external e-mail address. Other users can view the In/Out message board to determine the office presence of co-workers.

File Cabinet

The PHONEslips File Cabinet provides a simple interface for organizing and viewing any PHONEslips data items in one screen. Easily create folders that store (messages, sendlogs, call logs, contacts, schedule and to-do items). The File Cabinet even provides the ability to create shortcuts to any Windows file or document. The customizable file cabinet screen provides a commonly accessible intuitive way of accessing data instantly.
