All three item types
(event, to-do and call) have most fields in common (ex. Date, description, notes, etc) and

item as complete or add a reminder to a to-do item.

Group Items
Creating an event,
to-do item or call item for multiple people is just as easy as creating one for one
person. Just checkmark all the people involved and complete the item as usual.

and other people in the office can see you have something scheduled for a block of time,
but can't read the description or make changes to the item.

Filters
With just a few clicks
you can enable a filter that limits the items you see in any view to only a selected item
code or File Cabinet folder. For example if you just wanted to see conference room usage,
you could filter by an item code called 'Conference Room' and only items that had that
code would show up.

approaching its due date (you select how close) and hasn't been marked as complete, it

counting days in your calendar, the handy date calculator lets you quickly calculate dates
by number of calendar days, business days, weeks, months or years, then lets you jump
right to that date.

holidays
Ships with all the
standard federal holidays and lets an administrator enter any new ones. A checkbox lets
you decide whether or not to use these holidays in date calculations. |

Findero sched meeting for several people? Just bring up the Free Time Finder, enter
the people involved and how much time you need, and ittomatically generates a list of
available time slots. A few clicks later and you've generated a schedule item for all the
peog to the meeng.

Lets you create a
target event (a project deadline for instance) and then quickly add all other items that
relate to that target event (all the things that need to be done for instance). You can
use calculated dates for the related items, for example: 60 days before the target date
and the date will be calculated for you. Once all the items have been entered, they are
'linked' together. This means you can bring up all the other related items from any item
that is part of this related list. And best of all, if the target event date changes all
the other dates can be quickly moved for you based on the new target date.
